Ever needed to update a large number of users with new entries for certain attributes in your tree? Bulk LDAP Entry Changer is a generic program that can take entries in a CSV and propogate them to users on an LDAP server. Up to four attributes can be changed per CSV. Bulk updating can be done in Microsoft AD, eDirectory, OpenLDAP or anything else that support native LDAP and you have Write Access to.
It works by searching for users or attributes that match the attributes in the first column of the CSV, then the next four columns can be mapped to any other attribute for that user. The CSV can contain thousands of rows.
This project is in its infancy. Eventually there will be more options like:
- Unlimited columns
- Ability to concatenate to existing entry or conatenate other columns
- Conditionals
