Labour generally is a flat rate of $75/hour
incl GST. This rate is pro-rated in 15 minute blocks. There are no callout
or travel fees if the job is located within the service area. For jobs outside
the service area that are accessible by car the standard hourly rate is applied
to travel. Any other callout fee or mode of transport will have to be quoted.
The standard hourly rate covers most general work for
servicing hardware/software and the ongoing maintenance of networks. For installation
of a new networks, branch office networks, new servers, Webhosting, or Internet
Connections, a quote will be arranged.
Programming & Software engineering for custom software will
also be quoted.
Amendments to FreeMEG software available freely on the
freemeg.com website is charged as $199 incl
GST blocks.
Website Design is priced at $100 incl GST per individual page.
Maintenance or Service Level Agreements can be arranged, but
are not recommended due to the part-time orientation of the business.
